Mr. Md. Rashedul Islam is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of progressive experience across fintech, telecom, e-commerce, digital platforms, and customer operations. He is widely recognized for his strong operational discipline, people-centered leadership approach, and his ability to translate strategic direction into measurable outcomes. His career reflects a consistent record of strengthening systems, improving performance, and building high-functioning teams across diverse organizational environments.

Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Edex Global Nexus, Mr. Rashedul is responsible for driving organizational strategy, strengthening operational frameworks, and enabling sustainable business growth. His role encompasses end-to-end operations, process optimization, performance governance, and cross-functional alignment. At Edex, he is focused on building scalable operational systems, nurturing leadership capabilities, and cultivating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to support the organization’s long-term growth in both local and global markets.

Prior to joining Edex Global Nexus, he held senior leadership roles at Pathao Pay (Pathao Fintech) as Deputy Manager, Customer Experience, where he led L1 Support, L2 Escalation, Telesales, and BNPL Recovery operations. He played a critical role in improving core service metrics including FRT, TAT, CSAT, and NPS by introducing structured SOPs, strengthening training programs, and fostering close collaboration with product and technology teams.

He also spent over five years at Pathao Ltd., where he led multiple strategic functions including Learning & Development, Quality Assurance, Pathao Shop Operations, and Fraud Management. During this period, he conducted more than 50 training programs, onboarded over 450 customer experience professionals, strengthened quality assurance frameworks, and contributed to improved operational risk control and productivity across departments.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Rashedul held impactful roles at Pickaboo.com, Hyper System Ltd. (My Radar), Save The Children, Sword Bangladesh, Edison Group, and United Finance Company and Grameen Phone Ltd., where he developed strong expertise in customer experience management, quality assurance, sales operations, CRM, and high-priority service handling. These experiences provided him with a solid operational foundation and deep understanding of customer behavior and service excellence.

Mr. Rashedul has also completed multiple professional development programs from institutions such as BITM (BASIS), Grameenphone, North South University, and 10 Minute School, with a focus on customer experience, leadership, communication, and corporate professionalism.
