Edex-China 100 Scholars Initiative বাংলাদেশের শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য ২০২৬ সালে চীনে উচ্চশিক্ষার সুযোগ নিশ্চিত করতে নেয়া একটি বিশেষ ইনিশিয়েটিভ/উদ্যোগ। এই প্রোগ্রামের মূল উদ্দেশ্য হলো শিক্ষার্থীদের CSC,Proviencial Govermnet ও University ফুল স্কলারশিপ (Bachelor’s, Master’s ও PhD) প্রাপ্তির জন্য সম্পূর্ণ গাইডলাইন ও সহায়তা প্রদান করা। শিক্ষার্থীরা পাবেন আবেদন প্রক্রিয়ার প্রতিটি ধাপে সঠিক দিকনির্দেশনা, আবেদনপত্র প্রস্তুত, প্রফাইলের গ্যাপ বের করে সে অনুসারে ব্যবস্থা নেয়া এবং ফুল স্কলারশিপ নিশ্চিতে প্রত্যেক আবেদনকারীর জন্য পারসনালাইজড রোডম্যাপ ডিজাইন। নির্বাচিত শিক্ষার্থীদের ১০% এঁর জন্য রয়েছে বিশেষ প্রয়োজনভিত্তিক সাপোর্ট, যেমন নির্বাচিত ৫ জন এর জন্য সার্ভিস চার্জ ফ্রি এবং নির্বাচিত বিশেষ ৫ জন এর জন্য ফ্রি সার্ভিস চার্জ+মেডিকেল,+ভিসা+চীনে যাওয়ার বিমান টিকিট ফ্রি কভার করা। এই উদ্যোগের মাধ্যমে শিক্ষার্থীরা সীমিত খরচে চীনে উচ্চশিক্ষা অর্জন করে চীন সহ বৈশ্বিক ক্যারিয়ার গঠন করতে পারবে এতাই আমাদের চাওয়া।

বয়সের সীমা: চীনা সরকারী স্কলারশিপ (CSC Scholarship) অনুযায়ী আন্তর্জাতিক শিক্ষার্থীদে জন্য
১. ব্যাচেলর (Bachelor) প্রোগ্রাম:
- আবেদনকারীর বয়স সর্বাধিক ২৫ বছর।
২. মাস্টার্স (Master) প্রোগ্রাম:
- আবেদনকারীর বয়স সর্বাধিক ৩৫ বছর।
৩. পিএইচডি (PhD) প্রোগ্রাম:
- আবেদনকারীর বয়স সর্বাধিক ৪০ বছর।
নোট:
- এই বয়স গণনা সাধারণত আবেদন করার বছরের ১ জানুয়ারির ভিত্তিতে করা হয়।
- কিছু বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় বা বিশেষ প্রোগ্রামের ক্ষেত্রে আলাদা শর্ত থাকতে পারে।
ভাষাগত যোগ্যতা:
- IELTS: ন্যূনতম 5.5
- TOEFL (iBT): ন্যূনতম 80
- MOI (Medium of Instruction) সার্টিফিকেটও গ্রহণযোগ্য।
- Chinese-taught programs এর জন্য:
- HSK Level 4 বা তার বেশি (বিষয়ভেদে পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে)।
একাডেমিক যোগ্যতাঃ

- সাধারণত কমপক্ষে CGPA প্রায় 3.0/5.0 বা তার সমতুল্য 65%প্রয়োজন।
২. মাস্টার্স (Master) প্রোগ্রাম:
- আবেদনকারীর ব্যাচেলর ডিগ্রি থাকতে হবে।
- সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে গবেষণার অভিজ্ঞতা।
- সাধারণত CGPA 3.0–3.5/4.0 বা 70% এর বেশি প্রয়োজন।
৩. পিএইচডি (PhD) প্রোগ্রাম:
- আবেদনকারীর মাস্টার্স ডিগ্রি থাকতে হবে।

সাধারন প্রার্থীর নির্বাচন মানদণ্ডঃ
১. একাডেমিক যোগ্যতা:
- ব্যাচেলর প্রোগ্রাম:ন্যূনতম CGPA ৪.০ / ৫.০ বা সমমান
- মাস্টার্স প্রোগ্রাম:ন্যূনতম CGPA ২.৫০ / ৪.০ বা সমমান
- পিএইচডি প্রোগ্রাম:ন্যূনতম CGPA ২.৭৫ / ৪.০ বা সমমান
২. ইংরেজি দক্ষতা:
- প্রয়োজনে IELTS, TOEFL বা সমমানের প্রমাণপত্র।

- মেধা ভিত্তিক:একাডেমিক পারফরম্যান্স, গবেষণা/নেতৃত্বের অভিজ্ঞতা, এবং লিডারশিপ পটেনশিয়াল।
- প্রয়োজনভিত্তিক:যেসব শিক্ষার্থী আর্থিকভাবে সহায়তার প্রয়োজন দেখাবে তাদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
৫. নির্বাচন প্রক্রিয়া:
১. প্রাথমিক স্ক্রিনিং: ন্যূনতম একাডেমিক যোগ্যতা ও সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র যাচাই।
২. শর্টলিস্টিং: একাডেমিক মেধা, গবেষণা/নেতৃত্বের সম্ভাবনা, এবং SOP-এর ভিত্তিতে।
৩. ইন্টারভিউ/অ্যাসেসমেন্ট: নির্বাচিত শিক্ষার্থীরা অনলাইন ইন্টারভিউ বা অ্যাসেসমেন্টে অংশ নেবে।
৪. চূড়ান্ত নির্বাচন:
- শীর্ষ ১০% শিক্ষার্থী:সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রি সার্ভিস (মেডিকেল ফি, ভিসা ফি, এবং চীনে একমুখী বিমান টিকেট)

- CSC স্কলারশিপের অধীনে চীনে পড়াশোনার বাস্তব অভিপ্রায়।
Need-Based Free Service (৫%) নির্বাচনের মানদণ্ড
নীড-ভিত্তিক ফ্রি সার্ভিসের জন্য নির্বাচিত শিক্ষার্থীদের মূল্যায়ন করা হবে নিম্নলিখিত সূচকের ভিত্তিতে:
(১) আর্থিক অবস্থা (Financial Hardship)
- পরিবারের মাসিক আয় খুব কম বা অনিয়মিত
- পরিবারের প্রধান উপার্জনকারী ব্যক্তি না থাকা / চাকরি হারানো

- প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা চিকিৎসাজনিত কারণে আর্থিক সংকট

- সিঙ্গেল প্যারেন্ট পরিবার
- বিধবা/বিপত্নী পরিবার

১. প্রফাইল জমা
শিক্ষার্থী নিজের অ্যাকাডেমিক ফলাফল, সাবজেক্ট পছন্দ, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় পছন্দ, অভিজ্ঞতা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট জমা দেয়।
২. প্রাথমিক স্ক্রিনিং
আমাদের সিলেকশন টিম CGPA, সাবজেক্ট ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড, ভাষা দক্ষতা, গবেষণার অভিজ্ঞতা, আর্থসামাজিক অবস্থা (Interview) এবং স্কলারশিপ সম্ভাবনা অনুযায়ী দ্রুত প্রাথমিক মূল্যায়ন করবে।
৩. সাবজেক্ট–ইউনিভার্সিটি ম্যাচিং
শিক্ষার্থীর একাডেমিক রেজাল্ট ও ক্যারিয়ার লক্ষ্য অনুযায়ী উপযুক্ত সাবজেক্ট, শহর এবং বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের নিবাচন করা।
৪. অ্যাপ্লিকেশন রূপরেখা তৈরি
শিক্ষার্থী কোন স্কলারশিপে আবেদন করবে, কতগুলো বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে আবেদন হবে, কোন ডকুমেন্ট লাগবে এসব নির্দিষ্ট করে দেয়া।
৫. ডকুমেন্ট প্রস্তুতি মূল্যায়ন
সাপেক্ষে প্রয়োজনীয় ফাইলগুলো রিভিউ:

৬. ডকুমেন্ট সংশোধন ও চূড়ান্ত প্রস্তুতি
ভাষাগত ভুল, কাঠামোগত ঘাটতি, দুর্বল ইত্যাদি ঠিক করে শক্তিশালী ফাইল প্রস্তুত করা।
৭. Supervisor Communication (যদি প্রয়োজন হয়)
গবেষণা-ভিত্তিক প্রোগ্রামের শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য প্রফাইল-ম্যাচড সুপারভাইজার যোগাযোগে সহায়তা।
৮. অ্যাপ্লিকেশন সাবমিশন
CSC Portal, University Portal এবং Provincial Platforms যেখানে দরকার সব জায়গার আবেদন সময়মতো জমা দেওয়া।
৯. ফলো–আপ ও ট্র্যাকিং
ইউনিভার্সিটি যদি অতিরিক্ত ডকুমেন্ট চায়, ইমেইল পাঠায় বা ইন্টারভিউ স্থির করে এসবের সব জবাব ও ফলো-আপ করা।
১০. ইন্টারভিউ প্রস্তুতি
University Interview, Supervisor Interview বা Visa Interview যা প্রয়োজন তার জন্য প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া।
১১. ফলাফল মনিটরিং ও আপডেট
অফার লেটার, স্কলারশিপ নোটিশ বা কন্ডিশনাল রিকোয়ারমেন্ট সব মনিটর করে শিক্ষার্থীকে জানানো।
১২. ভিসা প্রসেস গাইড
JW201/JW202, Admission Letter, Medical Check, Bank Statement, Visa Form এসব ধাপে ধাপে সাজিয়ে দেওয়া।
১৩. ফ্লাইট, প্রস্তুতি ও যাত্রা নির্দেশনা
কি নিতে হবে, কেনাকাটা, মেডিসিন, কোন জিনিস নিষিদ্ধ, ইমিগ্রেশন, কাস্টমস, এয়ারপোর্ট এ কি কি করণীয় সব বিষয়ের গাইডলাইন দেওয়া।

Edex–China 100 Scholars Initiative 2026 – বিশেষ সুবিধাসমূহ
১. ২০২৬ সালের জন্য অত্যন্ত যুক্তিসঙ্গত ও সাশ্রয়ী সার্ভিস ফি।
২. একই পরিবারের একাধিক আবেদনকারী (Sibling বা Spouse) থাকলে ২৫% ছাড়।
৩. মোট আবেদনকারীর ৫% শিক্ষার্থীকে Need-Based ফ্রী সার্ভিস প্রদান।
৪. মোট আবেদনকারীর ৫% শিক্ষার্থীকে Full Free Service + (এয়ারফেয়ার+মেডিকেল ফি+ভিসা ফি) for Briliant and Need based candidates.
৫. ন্যাশনাল ইউনিভার্সিটির গ্র্যাজুয়েটদের জন্য ১০% ছাড়।

চীনে পড়াশোনার পর বাংলাদেশি শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য চাকরি ও স্থায়ী বাসস্থানের (PR) সম্ভাবনা নিচে বিস্তারিতভাবে তুলে ধরা হলো
১. চীনে চাকরির সুযোগ
চীনে পড়াশোনা শেষ করে বাংলাদেশি শিক্ষার্থীরা নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রগুলোতে কাজ করতে পারেন:
ক. চীনা কোম্পানিতে কাজ
প্রযুক্তি ও IT: Huawei, Alibaba, Tencent, ByteDance, DJI
উৎপাদন ও প্রকৌশল: CRRC, FAW, Geely, Sinopec
শিক্ষা ও ভাষা প্রশিক্ষণ: আন্তর্জাতিক স্কুল, IELTS/TOEFL/English Language Institutes
গবেষণা ও উদ্ভাবন: বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ও R&D সেন্টার
খ. বহুজাতিক কোম্পানি
চীনে অবস্থিত মার্কিন, ইউরোপীয়, জাপানি ও দক্ষিণ কোরিয়ান কোম্পানি
উদাহরণ: Microsoft, Siemens, Samsung, Pfizer, Nestle
দক্ষতা ভিত্তিক হায়ারিং, বিশেষ করে STEM, IT, বায়োটেকনোলজি, অর্থনীতি ও ফাইন্যান্সে
গ. বাংলাদেশে চীনা কোম্পানি ও ব্যবসা
চীনা বিনিয়োগ ও শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠান যেমন Huawei, ZTE, Haier, BYD Bangladesh Branch
বিপণন, ব্যবসা, প্রকৌশল, IT এবং ম্যানেজমেন্ট পদের জন্য চাকরির সুযোগ
২. ব্যবসা ও স্টার্টআপ
চীনের অভিজ্ঞতা নিয়ে চীনে ও বাংলাদেশে ব্যবসা বা স্টার্টআপ শুরু করা সম্ভব
প্রযুক্তি, শিক্ষা, ই-কমার্স, গ্রিন এনার্জি ও স্বাস্থ্য খাতে স্টার্টআপের চাহিদা বেশি
চীনের বিনিয়োগকারী এবং চীনা ব্যবসায়িক নেটওয়ার্ক ব্যবহার করে সহজভাবে ফান্ডিং নেওয়া যায়
৩. স্থায়ী বসবাস (PR) চীনে
সাধারণত 10 বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা ও স্থায়ী চাকরির পরে চীনে PR পাওয়া যায়
কিছু প্রোগ্রাম উচ্চশিক্ষা + প্রতিভা (talent) ভিত্তিক PR সহজতর করতে পারে, বিশেষ করে বিজ্ঞান, প্রযুক্তি ও উচ্চমানের R&D পেশাজীবীদের জন্য
৪. বিদেশে আরও উচ্চশিক্ষা ও PR
চীনে পড়াশোনা শেষ করে শিক্ষার্থীরা EU, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand এ Master/PhD করতে পারেন
STEM বা Business/Management/Finance ক্ষেত্রে আবেদন করলে শিক্ষার্থীভিত্তিক ভিসা ও স্থায়ী বাসস্থানের সুযোগ পাওয়া যায়
উদাহরণ:
US: H-1B + Green Card, NIW EB1, NIW EB2, NIW EB3+ Green Card
Canada: PGWP + PR via Express Entry
Australia: Post-study work visa + PR via SkillSelect
New Zealand: Post-study work visa + Skilled Migrant Category
৫. গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরামর্শ
চীনে চাকরির জন্য:
চাইনিজ ভাষায় দক্ষতা (HSK 4–6) খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ

বিদেশে উচ্চশিক্ষা ও PR জন্য:
চীনের Degree ও Research Experience ভালোভাবে Resume / SOP এ তুলে ধরুন
আন্তর্জাতিক Network ও Recommendation Letter গুরুত্বপূর্ণ
ব্যবসা/স্টার্টআপের জন্য:
চীনের প্রযুক্তি, বাজার ও supply chain জ্ঞান কাজে লাগিয়ে বাংলাদেশে নতুন উদ্যোগ শুরু করা যায়
EU, US, Canada ও Aus/NZ তে Expansion বা Incorporation সম্ভাব্য
